Lost or Stolen Packages Once the carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” Zyrahlux is not liable for lost or stolen items. We recommend providing a secure delivery location. If your package is lost in transit (and not marked delivered), please contact us within 24 hours so we can assist you in filing a claim.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, all Jewelry sales are final and cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.
