Processing Time We know you are excited to receive your new pieces! All orders are processed and shipped within 1 or 2  business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or major holidays.

Within 48 contiguous US States:

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99.

Special shipping applies to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and all international destinations

Lost or Stolen Packages Once the carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” Zyrahlux is not liable for lost or stolen items. We recommend providing a secure delivery location. If your package is lost in transit (and not marked delivered), please contact us within 24 hours so we can assist you in filing a claim.

International Shipping 

  • Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, all Jewelry sales are final and cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.

Jewelry Care & Warranty Our jewelry is designed to be cherished. However, normal wear and tear is expected. We do not offer replacements or refunds for items damaged due to misuse, such as:

  • Exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, or harsh chemicals.
  • Accidental breakage (e.g., snapped chains from pulling or snagging).
  • Tarnish due to improper storage or care.

Privacy & Data Protection We value your privacy. Here is how we handle your information:

  • What we collect: We collect your name, shipping address, and email solely to process your order and send you shipping updates.
  • Payments: Your payment information is processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full credit card details.
  • Sharing: We never sell your data. We only share necessary info with our shipping partners (like USPS) to get your package to you.

 

5. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations We process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible! You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may have already been processed for shipping.
